Update: a few enhancements

What's new:
- Weapons are tossed right after the last round has been fired.
- Pixel rounding is now disabled, moving objects will look smoother.
- Enemy shards now recieve an impulse appropriate to the way they were destroyed.
- Walls will shatter if they are destroyed by explosions.
- TNTs now explode just like mines and grenades.
