Resolution & Fullscreen

Just a small update that cleans up the presentation of the game on it's Itch page.

• Better fits the game page in a 640 x 360 window instead of a big ol' 1920 x 1080 that looked horrible on smaller displays.
• New full screen toggle on the main menu. Behaves much better that the built in Unity WebGL or Itch full screen buttons (Although you do have to click the toggle and then click back into the game for it to take effect) (Only in browser version).
• Quit button now toggles full screen mode instead of stopping the application when it's running in the browser (makes much more sense).
