Why I Made Copper Odyssey

First, thank you to all who have downloaded, tried, or completed Copper Odyssey. You may have your own conclusions about it, but the overall thing I've been hearing is that it is imaginative, immersive, and interesting, regarding the world within it. These things are never created at random, so I thought it'd be nice to write how this all came to be in the first place, and what my motivation was. This is a Reading Post, so if that's not the kind of thing you are into then it is fine for you to watch a movie or play a game instead...those are things I do. But maybe if I were in your shoes I'd read this.

A few years ago, I was new to printmaking and I found myself within the major because a guy, now a friend, said It'd be more fitting to take this route instead of majoring in Illustration. I had been looking for ways to get out of the idea of Illustration, but I did not know an alternative -- I did not know about Printmaking. Once I was reminded of it, I wanted to start getting into it as soon as I could. I am not sure what it was, but the technician, now a friend, took trust in me to monitor the entire studio during the summer....
