You may notice some changes to the page. That's because of the lovely art of @tcfdendral. With the page almost at completion, there's only one thing left: tweaks to the materials! After playtesting and deliberation with the Mournblade, I found a few changes to be necessary. These may be minor or major depending on your perspective but are mainly intended to clear up some questions and save DMs some headaches.
As with any D&D materials, it's intended that the DM tweak the Mournblade and its abilities to their campaign and play style. For example, the magic item requires attunement by a non-Good aligned creature. Perhaps you find this inappropriate, and you think the blade should be restricted to only Evil creatures or should be attunable by anyone, but changes their alignment to Evil while attuned. I plan to add optional rules and modifications to the materials to give some inspiration for those whom the Mournblade doesn't quite fit into their campaign but still want to use it.
