Version 0.18 introduces sex changes to the game. If you start a game with more than one gender enabled, you can also select the "Whores can change sex" option. If this is enabled, you can pay the Genetic Surgeon to reassign a whore's sex, and the Alien Potion event will have a small chance to do it randomly.
I've made some balancing changes to the Genetic Surgeon. He can now only add three appearance traits (the only way to get a fourth is through random events e.g. the alien potion), and the price increases more steeply.
There are also two new events where a high-level whore who's been with you for 14 days might want to quit even if they're happy (free whores) or someone might want to buy them (slaves).
In addition to the free version, I've added a premium version that you can download for $5. This adds futanari as a gender option for whores and customers, in addition to all the content that was previously patrons-only: four additional backgrounds (Genetic Surgeon, Academy Graduate, Slave Trader, and Tentacle Hybrid), and the ability to edit whores' names and bios during play.
(Enabling all three whore genders in the premium version makes the game somewhat harder, as there's only a 1/3 chance a given whore will match a customer's preference. To combat this slightly, if all three genders are enabled, customers will tend to want fewer appearance traits.)
