Created a title screen with the font "Arcade Classic" by Jakob Fischer

gonna make it so every time the ball collides, the whole background hue changes slightly so when the ball zooms around in later stages, it's an ultimate rainbow :D hence the game name.
Also considering creating powerups but that's a bit out of the scope of assignment 1.
