Codes for Continue

Changelog:

1. It is now possible to continue the game from a specific level
2. You can type the stage secret code on the Continue scene to start playing with a specific stage and a set of initial items
3. Both keyboard and gamepad input are supported. For gamepad, use D-pad / Left stick + A button
