Update: new enemy, blob upgrades, minor changes/fixes

What's new:
- New NPC enemy: a fly-like creature that wanders around the level randomly. It kills players and affects sawblades just like a blob and can be killed just like a blob. At the moment it does not wrap or respawn.
- New blob mechanics: blobs grow slightly bigger with each kill, turn red at the fifth kill and while in this state, they will start jumping (instead of stalling) every once in a while. Blobs die after their 8th kill.
- New placeable rotation mechanics on gamepads: holding down the left or right triggers will continuously rotate the object in a fluid way, using left or right shoulder buttons rotate the objects in 22.5 degree angles.
- Bugfix: projectiles colliding with shooters did not shatter.
- Bugfix: projectiles killed players who were in placement mode.
