The new version can boast some juicy features and a couple of fixes.
Specifically:
- Shooting with the rifle as well as destroying a door will alert nearby enemies. (This was already happening, but only when shooting: moreover, the alert radius has been expanded - so be careful!)
- On the other hand, picking a lock no longer alert nearby enemies unless the attempt fails; most importantly, the alert radius for this has been reduced. (This in case you were wondering why on earth should one still use the lockpick after obtaining the axe! :D)
- Books and signpost are now deactivated for a while after read, in order to prevent the player from reading them over and over inadvertently.
- Fixed a bug where a certain thing was commented by the player before being actually shown.
- Fixed a bug where the unholy mother stopped being vulnerable and could no longer get killed.
- Fixed a couple of typos.
