Update: placeable projectile shooters, minor enhancements

- Two new placeables: really ugly looking "cannons" that you can aim while in placement mode and will produce a number of projectiles at a fixed frequency before getting automatically destroyed. Both projectiles disintegrate when colliding with walls, players or NPC enemies, instantly killing the latter two. The projectiles are:
- an ugly coconut (big and heavy)
- an ugly arrow (small and light)
- Re-implemented player (and NPC enemy) collision with dull saw blades.
- Target "forecast" nova is bigger and easier to spot.
- Bugfix: moving ghost platforms moved objects around in placement mode.
