This upgrade adds support for d100 via d10/barrel dice. Specifically, this adds new codes for the d10 stylistic set (00, 20, 30... 90) and for the barrel stylistic sets (00, 10, 20... 90), as well as a new character variant that converts any double-digit number in any of those styles into a double-digit and single-digit dice pair (e.g. typing 47 would normally create a die showing 4 and a die showing 7, but the variant (cv40) replaces the die showing 4 with a die showing 40 without changing the numbers written underneath).
