Update: new mine, moving platforms, spikes, new level, new graphics...

What's new:
- New placeable: bigger mine (the old one became the smaller one), which has a fairly large explosion radius, killing players and NPC enemies within.
- New mechanics:
- Moving ghost platforms: players can stand on them, but boxes and enemies will fall through
- Spikes: kills players and NPC enemies instantly, does not deteriorate
- New level (#3) featuring moving ghost platforms and spikes.
- New placeable wall graphics and player animations by Tibor.
- Optimized shatter effect (player & saw blade shard creation).
- While the end-of-level scoreboard is showing, you can press Shift+L to skip to the next level immediately.
- Placed walls and saw blades clear away decals.
- Performance counters are no longer displayed by default, instead it can be toggled with Ctrl+Alt+Shift+X (which also toggles player "soft spot" visibility).
