Above is shown a rigged mesh to a simple bone structure. I created the man by using a box and pulling the vertexes of the box out while is front and side view to somewhat make the box look like a human. I then connected the finished human to a bone structure template. This allowed me to move the mesh into certain positions. I then was able to record each position and blender filled in the middle parts of the mesh moving. This  made the mesh look like it was moving into those positions.
