0.5.3 - Basic Marketing

This update took a little longer than I was planning but here it is now.

Mainly this update adds basic marketing department and redoes some UI. Next update should expand the marketing department by adding market research.

New finances window is also added that can be accessed either from bottom or by clicking on how much money you have

Fixes

- Fixed Hire button

- Hired people are removed immediately from the hire able list

- Pressing hire button when employees list is open works correctly
