Version 178.1 - CTD Fixes.

Version 178.1

In addition to the earlier fixes.

•  Crash to Desktop Bug - Terrible one by me.  Apologies for those who cant finish Midway!  Bug related to tank capture of airfield.
• Fixed Hud to show damage progression of target.
• Fixed Midway completion by removing critical requirement on carrier taken damage.  Just needs to survive!  (this hasnt been fully tested)

Been a bit of a hurry to get it all fixed.  Hoping that this will help.
