0.3a Hotfix

This one's relatively small!:

• Visitor got reworked a bit to be less annoying
• Third boss got toned down a tad bit
• More control tooltips for items
• Several small bug fixes

NOTE: If anyone's crashing while dying or loading an old save, the save system has been updated so you will need to start a new game and save ASAP!
