2021-07-21: Static Lighting returns for competitive modes and boost penalty.
- Static lighting returns by default when racing (or in tutorial) and dynamic sky/volume clouds appear in freeplay.
- Crashing in a race incurs an immediate boost penalty which is built back by flying through rings.
