Update 0.0.2 - First content build

#Update
New on this build:
- Pooling
- A simple icon
- AI won't let you stand over or under it anymore
- Many bugfixes
- Levers are more responsive now
- No miss anymore
- Projectiles won't go through doors anymore
- AI won't stand still without attacking (unless it has no skills)
- HP bar now stay with value 0 after player dies
- Player can't attack while dead now
- Other things i can't remember
- Many optimizations
- Easier implementation for some stuff
- More characters (253 characters in-game at the moment)
- More skills
- Better combat system
- Elements!
