Update To Game

Fixes

• Fixed Instances where the car in the second playthrough will go through a closed gate. 
• Note updated to explain a little more about a certain event
• Job rules note has writing on it to make it stand out more to players
• Ending 1 fix to help show more what happens if you're not really looking. 
• Fixed the 'EMPOYEE' to 'EMPLOYEE'.
• Fixed the 'noone' on the phone to 'No one'. 
• Capped the Framerate to 60FPS to stop the game from using so much GPU memory.
