Patch notes
The following changes were made:
- Minor visual changes for the Silverhand
- Minor visual changes for the Light tank
- Fixed bug with modified flags not showing up in the home region
- Added Heavy Scout tank skin
- Added Battle Tank skin
- Added High Velocity Cannon skin
