Changes from version 1.3:
- Merged the example contracts into a separate content pack: Unrestricted Loadouts
- Integrated ResourceTool for dynamic resource editing
- New file format: entity.json files bundle TEMP/TBLU/meta files for a single entity
- Support for menu map setup registration
- Support for global brick registration
- Support for raw string registration
- Support for custom tile sizes in campaigns, updated mirrored offline elusives content pack to use them
- Improved compatibility with rpkg-based mods
- Added modder tool as separate download, which includes various goodies for modders and a readme describing many aspects of the framework. Still no complete documentation or tutorials though, if somebody wants to contribute that would be great.
- Various small improvements
In less technical terms: the framework and offline content mod can now handle all major content types in a conflict-free way:
- Custom missions and campaigns, including gameplay changes and custom location registration. Don't get your hopes up too fast: we do not yet have modding tools for all aspects of a level and these mods are very time-intensive.
- Custom items available in all locations. The new version of the Poisonous Item Pack already uses these features for poisonous gas flasks that have new and unique mechanics.
- Custom outfits available in all locations. There is no content pack doing that yet, but the modder tool describes the overall process.
