Fixed:
UAD spike not working at the first level.
+1 Coin and no coin after completeing a level is now fixed.
Fixed 2 boss fights where hitting a sword would play the Boss theme.
Fixed settings even though lowered or highered still remain the same. (for example setting quality to medium, going back to the main menu, going in the settings menu again and the quality setting says high).
