Simulate games + O-Zone cam

Added a couple practical features:

• Simulate Games: How annoying is it to have to spectate games, really? So now, you'll be able to skip other teams' games to concentrate on your own team! Simply tap the Play button for the next calendar game, then tap the SIMULATE button
• O-Zone Cam: Added a new type of camera, the Offensive Zone cam, which is placed behind the goalie. The camera will switch between either Home or Visitor zone, based on where the puck currently is
