Version 0.9.23b is out

This is a small update, addressing one particular scaling bug and removing the possibility to get advantage in multiplayer battles.

Release notes:

• Made enemies and consumables hidden during unit selection stage (so players could not "cheat" by waiting for opponent to deploy his/her units first and then select accordingly)
• Fixed unit scaling bug introduced in previous build (in some rare cases a unit would be spawned on the battlefield twice as big as the other ones)
