Patch 1.5.4 - Beginning of the end

Changelog:

• Fixed issue where switching to the Rocket launcher would cause it to shoot in the wrong direction
• Fixed some Settings options not saving, specifically Graphics and Vsync settings
• Tried to fix a handful of sounds not being assigned to Audio mixers
• Lowered the sound volume of the Plasma gun

Development is starting to wind down, and the game will hopefully be bug-free pretty soon, so if you still play CARNAL thanks for sticking around friend! I hope it was enjoyable!
