Add qwerty/azerty switch mode by pressing ‘m’.-

Change logbook.txt to devlog.txt and making a day to day sort of “memo” of what is done instead of todo list.

Add license, readme, move pterodactyl inside joan_jump and publish it on itch.io.

I fully reworked the canvas/sprites printing and collision system based on sprites coordinates not on where glyphs are printed it seem to work ok but a need a “when stuck move randomly to the next empty spot” in some cases.
