Anger Foot v0.6 - Buttery smoothness!

Hello again fans of the foot!
Early last week we released version 0.5 of Anger Foot which overhauled a lot of the systems and raised the bar in terms of detail and interactivity. Unfortuntely there were also a lot of rough edges, and some outright egregious bugs. Version 0.6 aims to fix a lot of the small things and polish up the experience. Not only is it a lot smoother and more flowing from a gameplay perspective, but you should all see a significant performance boost too!
- Huge performance optimizations
- Fixed bug where the music was pretty much wrong all the time
- Doors behave better when kicked
- You can no longer pickup weapons through walls
- You can no longer kick through walls
- Shotgun trigger can now be held
- Reduced a lot of clutter in levels, particularly where the player needs to walk
- Reduced the contrast of colours and lighting in a lot of places
- Fixed some incorrect wallpapers and ceilings
- More consistent glass materials
- Better plastic chair destruction
- Neat changes to shaders (I don't know what this means but it's clearly stated in the commit log - perhaps lolthers can shed some light)
- Music fades slightly quicker
- Disabled vsync (eventually we will have an option for this)
- Fixed bugs where shield enemies would not be killed by doors
- Removed some painful difficulty spikes (sorry about that) in the level design
- Enemies get less accurate if they haven't seen you for a while
- Enemies should be less likely to clip through doorways
- Physics objects and ragdolls should be less likely to get stuck in walls or pass through them entirely
- Kicking now accounts for player velocity (you kick harder when moving)
- Kicking objects should now result in a more satisfying upward trajectory
- Grenades have new sounds and visuals to let you know where they are
- Grenades have a slightly longer fuse
- You can now kick grenades back at pesky throwers much more easily
- Barrels can now be (somewhat) safely kicked whilst on fire
- Fixed a bug where the ammo counter would disappear
- Suicide bombers can no longer die to friendly fire
- Barrels and bombers that have recently been kicked do slightly less player damage
- It should be much harder to get stuck on props and doorways
