Operation: Pinkeye Demo v2.3 release

I made another wee update, adding a tutorial and fixing some more bugs, and generally improving performance.
Demo v2.3 Changelog
- Added dedicated splash screen and logo for the Scottish Secret Service to menus
- Added tutorial prompts to level 1
- You can now shoot NPCs
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
