Update V 0.3.0

New Character: Agent 0

• A powerful fighter who relies on careful spacing to devastate his opponents with his powerful dash grab and high damage anti-air punishes.  His super is a advancing command grab with total invulnerability, getting hit by it is a death sentence.

System changes:

• can no longer whiff cancel normals into specials (essentially this allowed characters with safe specials to remove any danger from their high commitment normals), can still whiff cancel into EX specials and super.  Special into EX and EX into super cancelling is unchanged.
• pushback on moves now only pushes the opponent back mid screen, and only pushes the attacker back when cornered.

Bug Fixes:

• fixed a bug that prevented moves from cancelling some of the time
