Welcome to MACH! This game began as a concept bandied about by myself and a couple other users on the Ordo Discordia server, and has since evolved into a full-fledged trauma surgery experience! While it is obviously heavily inspired by M*A*S*H, it doesn't have to be played that way; our aim throughout was to keep the game fast-paced, fun and interesting.
