Devlog #5 - Basic health bar + Enemy mechanics

New Features - 

1) Created a basic health bar for the player.

2) The enemy can now be killed with the gun. upon hitting the player It will self destruct/explode and deal damage to the player.

Bugs fixed - 

 * Fixed enemy AI pathfinding mistakes.
