Devlog #4 - Enemy(AI) + advanced camera settings

New Features - 

1) Created an enemy that follows the player using AI. (algo: A*)

2) Created Advenced camera movement settings that will make the game look && feel better to play.

* Added a screenshot.

* Added a Liquid layer for the tileset.
