Oopsie i forgot to make sure the game doesn't force you to download RTP to play it! You should be able to run it without RTP now.
If you don't want to download it again, you can open the file 'RPG_TP.ini' with notepad and paste this line: ;'Fullpackageflag=1' and that should let you play right away.
