]baud release 3

I am moving to a new numbering system for releases and this is the first version of that (or release in new parlance). 

Release 3

This is a minor release that fixes an issue with a crash.

• *fixed* - when user used a Modem to login to an AE from the Mainframe, upon return the game would crash due to an issue with the reload of the card deck. 
• *new* - now using a monotonically increasing number for releases big and small.
