Updates

• Options (deck, game mode, audio, etc.) are now saved on exit and loaded on game start (except for the background, which is picked at random)
• "Click to select card/column" function should now work properly with touchscreens

Miscellaneous

• Added 3 new backgrounds (snowy forest, painted hills, library)
