kercyx, the author of OFFLINE MISSIONS MEGAPACK - All Last level Escalations (now includes H1 exclusives) and more sent me additional files for the unofficial content pack. The new update adds all missing escalation levels on H2 and H3 maps, which are not yet released as part of the mod.
I'm looking forward to the content pack becoming official in the future!
