Version 0.9.21b is out

Another smaller update is up guys! Couple of issues fixed here and there, no big changes and no new features.

Release notes:

• Fixed several localization glitches
• Capped unit max evasion at 80 instead of 90
• Removed toggle for auto end turn, it's always enabled now
• Fixed several settings glitches
