1.1.1 survival update hotfix

this is a hotfix that fixes following bugs that were overlooked in the last days of development prior to release:

• animals losing their friction and gravity
• animals vanishing after saving and loading
• fireplace flame spawns in wrong position
• fireplace doesn't stop burning when something is inside
• fireplace doesn't show things that are put in
• items have a chance of falling through the world

We will fix further bugs a soon as we know about them, so if you find any report them through this form.
