[ROBOFENCE] post jam

Hi!

GMTK 2021 ends, but we're not!  We liked our game, so we wanted to fix all the mean bugs flying around our RoboDOG. So, in this release, we rebalance everything! And by everything, we mean that. Additionally, we added a new option. 

Changelog:

• New REPORT BUG feature found in the main menu
• Added info about turrets when you stay near a shop 
• Added turret counter panel
• Added barrier to showcase playable area
  
• Updated menu to be more responsive
• Updated UI to be more clear
• Bring the cursor back to all menu
• Changed enemy health increase
• Changed enemy count per wave
• Changed pricing for each turret
• Changed energy range for each turret (thanks @kaytrill#7015 for the idea!)
• Changed damage dealt by each turret
• Changed turret placing indication
