METADATA Version 3.3
Took a break from working on the game, but I'm back on it again. For this small update I wanted to focus on a few small details I've been wanting to add.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the game would crash upon pausing during ending cutscene.
Adjustments
- Ground pound sfx gets higher pitched as speed is accumulated.
- Respawn particles are created at the player's spawnpoint after death.
Boss Changes
- Boss heart sprite and color have been adjusted.
- Boss room background sprite and speed have been adjusted.
- Boss phase skips after a certain number of hits during that phase.
- Boss heart moves horizontally after being hit at below 50% health.
I've got a lot more ideas for the boss to be implemented in the future, but next update should be focused mostly on level design. Stay tuned!
