Changes in this version include:

Features:

• Add input field for username.
• Show official leaderboard at ART-Mark.de
• Add mechanism to publish result to the leaderboard at ART-Mark.de

Improvements:

• Improve support for GT 1000 GPUs.
• Fix some optical flaws in the menu.

Bug fixes:

• Fix file dialogue not showing any files when saving picture.
• Do not save a screenshot anymore if user cancels the save dialog.
• Tweak DXR validation to not trigger as many devalidations.
