Update 1.1 - Post-Jam fixes
With the GMTK Game Jam's rating period now having ended, here are a few bugfixes and quality of life improvements:
- Fixed a bug where Saguardians (larger enemies) sometimes wouldn't spawn
- Fixed the Mac version of the game
- The sound when damaging the player should be better aligned with the animations on Saguardians and Boltergeists (faster enemies)
- Music now starts from the beginning when you die
- Enemies now show how much health they have
- Hovering over a gun cart now shows its range
- Prices now flash red for a moment if you attempt to purchase an item without having enough gold
This has been our most well-received game yet, and we are planning on further development in the future, so stay tuned for that!
