Ninja Descension Post-Jam Update

Ludum Dare 48 finished a while ago, but I only managed to finish my post-jam version now.
The post-jam update contains:
- Enemy AI / Combat (They actually pose a threat now. Like they probably should have in the first place)
- Player health, death
- Checkpoints, healing
- A speedrun timer (can be enabled in the options)
- Updated music (Hopefully a bit less repetative now)
Can you kill all the enemies without dying? See what happens then!
I also have a behind the scenes video from the game jam by the way
That is it for now. I may or may not work a bit more on it in the future, add a bit of story and 1-2 new levels.
