Vic 20 and Apple II

While building my TXT unit for Turbo Rascal, I had already done the heavy lifting for getting this game close to being cross-platform, but there are still things that I need to take care of to get it working on more than PET and C64. One obvious thing with Vic 20 is the screen size.

As you can see below, I did experiment with pokes on the vic that allow you to expand the screen, but after conversation with Andy H that probably would cause issues on real hardware and televisions/crt so I am going with modified maps at this point.

Apple II will mostly just need different tiles to take into account the different characters :)
