That one with "Tutorial fishmonger"

In this version we bring the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

• Each 5000 points the player earns an extra life
• The bonus time shown in bottom screen now passes in reverse order
• The moto's IA in stage 4 has been improved
• The ATM terminal in stage 2 now can be trespassed by player and enemies
• The tutorial screen brings a plate written "Tutorial fresh fish"
• Player can beat more than one enemy per once

Fixes

• Enemies could be stuck and pretend player to proceed the stage
• Several adjusts has been made in stage 4 in interaction with objects, projectiles and enemies
• The rage bar could be inherited from tutorial screen
