This release includes some completely new gameplay!
Instead of just swinging your lantern at the lamps to light them, you now carry a light cane.
To light a lamp, you must:
The goal here–and I’m still tweaking this–is to be able to conserve fuel by using a single cane-light to light multiple lamps. Clever management will keep your lantern on and net you more pay from the boss!
The other cool thing this enabled on the backend is checking for which item is interacting with various objects. You can refill your lantern at a well, but what if you swing your cane at it? Things like that–none of which are implemented yet. That’s next, along with a new set of test levels, I think.
