The deadline of the game jam is closing in and I thought I'd make the game a little nicer, so I found my old shoulderpads and 80's synthy sounds and made more fitting music for the game. Well, perhaps not much more fitting as it's quite happy music and the game really isn't but hey - it's at least music with clear rythm and it's heavilty inspired by old computer games passed..
I had some issues with the HTML build of dragon ruby blowing up when I had good quality music so I lowered the quality down to pretty bad and now it works.. but sadly the punchy snaredrum is now just a shadow of what it should be. I will see if I can find some middle way here and perhaps increase the quality a bit later on.
The game is almost ready for the deadline now. It's not a great game, but it's mine and it's the first thing I have ever made in Ruby so I am quite satisfied with how it's turning out.
