Testing out pygame portion for 2d from my game engine

I got this to run with Cython. I am writing the black dawn game engine, that will include pygame and ursina game engine so it will also include sdl2, panda3d, pyopengl, glut etc... Cython is a godsend so I want to use it wherever possible, so I will be making a game engine, written in cython, to handle 2d and 3d games, using the best game dev engines developed on the open-source network. Tutorials will be included once game engine is ready for it's minimal engine.
