Update files with new bonus character

Preparation for the print copy of the game necessitated adding some additional pages to prevent printing on the inside back cover. Rather than leave a number of pages blank I have added a new character - the military veteran - which I had originally intended to release as part of the stretch goal mission packet. The core of the game has not changed.
