Taking care of your Lily is not that different from most erotic visual novels in regards to the content shown. It's clear from the beginning that there's nudity and sexual topics, but there's also a backstory and plenty of other things going on.
We've decided to censor all nudity by default to make the experience safer for everyone, but you're free to enjoy the full experience given that you are over 18 and you're not uncomfortable with sexual content. Just download the uncensor patch and place it in "C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Youth Everlasting\Lily". If you've done it correctly, it will read "uncensored" next to the game's version in the title screen. Note that you will still have to "unlock" nudity by making progress until you're near the end of the game.
